Ferney Iyokina Gittoma

(La Chorrera, Amazonas, Colombia) indigenous Okaina, filmmaker and
graduate in Biology from the Universidad Pedagógica Nacional. He directed and
produced “El Excontador” (2017), presented at the National Museum of
Colombia and the Cinemateca de Bogotá. His documentary short film “YVUUHZA
OKAINA” (2022) has been acclaimed in national and international festivals such as
Bogoshorts and FICCALI.
