Proudly presenting the Skábmagovat 2026 poster! It has been designed in line with the 2026 theme, which is diverse love.
The poster was designed by Roope Portti, a 20-year-old young artist currently living in Helsinki. He grew up in Keväjärvi, but his family roots are in Inarijoki.
His visual art is inspired by humanity, the norms we create, and subcultures.
In addition to rainbow love, the poster draws inspiration from the meeting of the binary gákti and non-binary self-expression. The visual style of the poster is a reinterpretation of the 1957 film poster for Mädchen in Uniform, an earlier version of which is considered one of the first lesbian films.
